Conferencing training is a 2 day training in the RJ Process developed by the International Institute for Restorative Practices.  It provides a strong introduction to RJ principles and experience-based training in Conference usage.

Circles training is a one-day training that provides an introduction to the history, fundamentals and practice of Circles.  It combines lecture and first-hand experience to prepare attendees to use Circles in their every day lives. 

The trainings provide:

• Experience in facilitating Conferences for incidents of wrongdoing and Circles for a variety of goals from community -building to conflict resolution;
• Conference trainings provide a comprehensive training manual as well as the book, REAL JUSTICE, by Ted Wachtel, the founder of the International Institute for Restorative Practices (www.iirp.org);
• Circles workshop participants will receive supporting materials developed by the CMRJI.

Cost:

• Conferencing training fee per person is $150.  This includes two full days of training, lunch and light refreshments on-site plus the above-mentioned benefits.
• Circles Training fee per person is $75 for a one day training that includes lunch, refreshments and supporting materials mentioned above.
